When you place your order, we want to make sure you got a quality product every time.
For that reason, If there are any issues with the quality of our items, we ask you to take the following steps.
Step 1: Email us with a description of the issue.
Step 2: Attach any photos of the issue so we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.
Step 3: Let us know if you'd like a refund or a replacement sent. Size exchanges or returns are not accepted.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refund and replacement requests. Because we are a made of order business, returns and replacements will be only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in term of the printing of items or construction.
